Rachael is highly experienced with a huge client base. Rachael has a very natural approach to aesthetics, offering her clients and students an in depth understanding of the process and what results to expect.

Rachael has been practicing aesthetics for over 8 years in laser and injectables, covering most treatments and skin concerns. She holds qualifications in A&P Level 3&4, NVQ level 2, Dermal Filler and Botox, Advanced Dermal Filler, PDO Threads, Vitamin injections, Advanced Complications, Laser Aesthetics backed up by an extensive core of knowledge.

Melanie Sharma

Melanie runs our clinic in Southampton and teaches many courses herself. She is an expert in Russian Lips and highly experienced in teaching. Melanie has been in the beauty industry for 27 years having started lecturing at Southampton City College where she gained a Teachers Qualification and taught Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapy and A&P. This is where her teaching passion started, starting a journey which would lead to her teaching some of the best therapists in Southampton, who have gone on themselves to open successful businesses of their own. Melanie’s moto is “you’re only as good as your teacher” and has always gone above and beyond to teach students everything she knows.

Melanie also offers Beauty Courses at MBA Training & Aesthetics, for those that want to add Beauty Treatments to their portfolio.
